How long does your jerky stay fresh?
Unopened bags have a shelf life of approximately 12 months. Once a bag is opened, we recommend consuming the jerky within 3 days for maximum freshness and flavor.
Is Think Jerky suitable for specific diets?
Yes! Our jerky is perfect for Paleo, Keto, and Whole30 lifestyles. It is high in protein, low in sugar, and contains no artificial preservatives.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Since our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to bring our chef-crafted jerky to international fans soon.
